I have been a physiotherapist since 2001, after graduating from the University of Stellenbosch in 2000.I have gained experience in a wide variety of fields, including geriatrics, adult and paediatric neurology and orthopaedic rehabilitation. The latter, with all its associated fields, is now my focus. My experience, however, has taught me that there are no recipes.

Very early in my career, while working with very severe neurologically impaired patients, I realised that I had to start thinking out of the box in order to help these people. I have explored various modalities and techniques in order to assist patients for which hope had long since vanished. I have combined these techniques in a unique way to assess and treat my patients. I have carried this knowledge over into my orthopaedic practice with very rewarding results. Every patient requires a different combination of techniques, and my passion is to determine what each patient requires.

I love knowledge, and have not ceased my quest for the latest developments in physical therapy modalities.
